Terms and Conditions - Oxygen and Aromatherapy bar

Breathe Oxygen and Aromatherapy Bar is for recreational and entertainment purposes only.
Breathe reserves the right to refuse any person at the bar acting in an unacceptable manner.
A brief consultation form is required to be filled in by each individual participant prior to taking part. Any person inhaling at the bar does so at their own risk.
You must advise us of health & Safety regulations for the event or premises so that we can comply
Payments must be met 6 weeks prior to the event
Logos/slogans must be supplied in high resolution jpeg around 350dpi at least 5 weeks before event. • Strictly no smoking at or within 10 feet of the Oxygen & Aromatherapy Bar.
Breathe do not supply bar stools (A bar stool/s are required for the bar tender/s)
Extra costs may apply for late bookings
Late cancellations are non refundable
