Customers are required to supply:

  • Signed Booking Agreement
  • Deposit at Booking
  • 50% deposit if booked 3 - 12 months in advance
  • 100% payable if booked 3 month or less
  • Balance to be cleared 28 days before event
  • Event area (minimum 3 M x 2 M)
  • 240 V Electricity supply, 13 amp socket (or similar if outside UK)
  • contact numbers (including mobile numbers) for Event liaison
  • Site Security Passes (If applicable)
  • On site security provision where equipment left unattended overnight
  • Bar stools if required, maximum of 6 (it is customary to leave bar stool/stools for staff/Therapists)
  • Logos/slogans for the oxygen bar must be supplied in high resolution jpeg around 350dpi at least 5 weeks before event. (Logo/slogan items are re-used FOC for future bookings).
  • You must advise us of health and Safety regulations for the event or premises so that we can comply
